Have been working on a few new website projects for my own. Mainly using these sites as a learning mechanism on how to make money online. I have been using a lot of advice from Garry Conn who I consider to be the guru of the Make Money Online niche.
Here are my new projects. Listing them here for two reasons actually. First is to show others what I am working on in my ongoing effort to pass on what I learn and second for the SEO purposes. This blog gets crawled about every 2 days so I want my new sites to get indexed quickly. Here they are.

Yes it does cost a little but out of all the “how to” sites and books I have seen out there, this one is the real deal.

Well, Garry Conn has done it again. The premier make money online guru (at least in my opinion) has put together a 60 minute video and new website to teach people how to basically replicate what he is so successful at doing. Garry makes websites that make money and now he is sharing all the details on how he does this.
The website www.howtobuildanicheblog.com has a free introductory 10 minute video explaining what is going on. This is a membership site but the plans are very, very reasonable. Garry has given a lot away over the past year in way of advice, examples and general education on making money online so I do not have a problem with paying for this one and believe me you will be glad you did too. In addition to the video you also get access to his forum and the template that he developed for niche blogging.

Garry Conn is at it again. The premier make money online guru is once again giving of his talents and time. Gary has “A Surprise Christmas Bonus With Over $1500 In Free Gifts“. I don’t know if you follow Garry or not, but if you are interested in how to make money online then I highly recommend you make his blog a daily stop. I have made mention of Garry Conn in past postings at x7SEO.com and he never ceases to amaze me. He obviously knows what he doing and is a successful internet marketer with skills to share. When I first started learning how to make money online and the whole SEO process my top sites I visited included such famous bloggers at John Chow and Jeremy Schoemaker but lately they seem to have turned into nothing more than giant advertising billboards, not offering much of substance any more.
Ever try to ask some of the top make money online bloggers a question and get an answer? Not that easy is it. Garry has taken care of that as well with the setup of BloggingQuestions.com where you can submit questions and get an answer. This site covers a wide range of topics important to bloggers and website developers and provides straight up answers. To top it all off it is FREE as well. I am a big believer in the old adage “what goes around comes around”. I think that is why Garry is seeing so much success in his online endevours. He gives away a lot of information that normally would take weeks if not months to research.

I have a question for all of your Adsense experts. I have a website that has been active for about 5 years and has become a top ranking site in its particular niche. Originally the site was set up as a standard static html website and over the years became well known. At that time I used Adsense and achieved a pretty good click through rate which added to my overall Adsense income stream.
About a year ago I decided to turn the site into a blog using Word Press as my blogging platform. The changeover went smoothly and went well for a couple of months. Then withough any explanation the Adsense revenue stopped. In fact the number of impressions that showed up in my Adsense account panel dropped to an average of 0 to 2 a day if that much. I examined all aspects of my site and could not find anything wrong. I tried several different WP layouts and still no change……….. Adsense was seemingly dead. My Google analytics showed the same level of traffic but zero impressions on average in Adsense. This went on for a couple of months while I scratched my head.
Finally last week I decided to take the site back to a static html format. I rebuilt the site as a “directory” style website which will provide answers to about any question a visitor in this niche could have. I kept Adsense on the site and within 24 hours of re-launching the new site it was indexed in Google and voila….. Adsense impressions immediatey climbed to the level they were a year ago. Click throughs are going up and for the first time in almost a year income is being generated via Adsense from this site.
I still cannot figure out what is going on. I have adsense on other blogs but they do not do well. Have I overlooked something with regards to Adsense and Word Press? Although blogging format provides for easier updates to my sites, am I losing income because a conflict of some sort that I am not aware of?
I would like to hear from any of you who have had the same problem.

I have a question for everyone. I have been approached by a potential SEO client with a project with a different payment plan. I am not even sure if this is ethical but thought it interesting enough to ask the SEO and MMO community whose advice I have come to trust.
My potential new client has said in return for doing SEO work on his website I can have one year of Adsense placement using my Adsense ID. Basically I optimize his site and my payment comes from whatever income is generated by Adsense and other affiliate programs. The site is in a fairly high payout niche and it would offer an extra incentive to me to ensure the site becomes higly visible.
What is your opinon of an arrangement like this? The only thing that bothers me is what if the site starts generating a good income stream then in 12 months I have to give it up? hhmmmmm
